Life Saving Certifiers is led by a passionate team of professionals with backgrounds in emergency response, healthcare, and education. We pride ourselves on delivering fun, approachable training that meets serious goals.
Our Founder: Karey Tomlin
Karey Tomlin is the Founder and COO of Life Saving Certifiers. As a career Fire Fighter/Paramedic she has a true passion for helping others. Early in her career, she realized that she had a passion for education. This turned into the formation of Life Saving Certifiers. Life Saving Certifiers provides a plethora of Life Saving Classes. They also provide AED services and maintenance programs. All of Life Saving Certifiers team members are Fire Fighters and Nurses bringing real-life experience to every class. The team has trained an array of different organizations. Karey holds certifications through the American Heart Association, Health and Safety Institute and the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from the University of Baltimore. Karey resides in Frederick, Maryland with her wife (Amber) and her daughters (Harper and Savannah).
