Our dedicated instructors have professional experience and have successfully trained thousands of individuals in life-saving techniques. Life Saving Certifiers’ approach to CPR education is designed to be straightforward, enjoyable, informative, and accessible to all. We offer CPR First Aid AED training courses in Frederick MD and travel all over the Mid-Atlantic Region for groups of 5 of more.

After finishing Hospitality education in London UK, Ayaz worked for 27 years all over the world in countries like UK, Middle East, India and the US.
Following some life altering events Ayaz entered the world of Emergency Medical Services in 2020 as an EMT and shortly later became an Advanced EMT. Ayaz is also trained in Wilderness Survival & First Aid.
Ayaz works as an EMT in Pennsylvania and instructs people in CPR / AED and First Aid with Life Saving Certifiers. He also volunteers with South Central Pennsylvania Search and Rescue (SCPSAR).
Ayaz is married with his wife and two children with whom he shares the love of the wilderness.

Juana (pronounced “wanna”) is a 2014 graduate from Gettysburg College where she earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in Health Sciences. She began her Emergency Services career in 2014 after completing her EMT certification through Harrisburg Area Community College. She furthered her EMS studies in 2016 when she graduated with an Advanced EMT certification. Dedicated to serving the next generation of providers, she attended the HACC EMS Instructor program and is now a certified EMS Instructor for both the Blended (online) and Traditional EMR, EMT, and AEMT courses as well as CPR/AED and First-Aid. She previously worked for Susquehanna Valley EMS, Community LifeTeam EMS, and Spring Grove Ambulance.
Juana is married with one daughter. She recently finished schooling with a BSN and is working as an emergency room nurse. In her spare time, she enjoys making crafts, snuggling up for a good movie, and napping.

Matt currently works full time for UPMC. He is a CPR/ACLS/PALS Instructor for Clinical Education. Matt also provides education on numerous other topics for Clinical Education. He remains part time as a Paramedic for Community LifeTeam EMS. Matt is credentialed as a Paramedic by both the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians and Pennsylvania Department of Health after graduating with honors from the Harrisburg Area Community College Paramedic program. Throughout his 25 year career, Matt has worked as a field provider, preceptor, educator, and management with various EMS organizations throughout South Central Pennsylvania.
Dedicated to preparing the next generation of EMS professionals, Matt serves as adjunct faculty for Community LifeTeam’s Education Division. He has been a State EMS Instructor for 13 years. Through his tenure, he has instructed the Emergency Medical Technician and Advanced Emergency Medical Technician.
Additionally, he instructs American Heart Association and American Safety and Health Institute CPR/AED certification programs for Life Saving Certifiers. Matt has five kids and enjoys camping in his free time.

Dave’s been an EMT since 1994. Dave has worked for Hanover Area Fire Rescue Services since 2005 as a Firefighter/EMT and Driver Operator. He’s married with twin daughter’s whom are in college. In his spare time he enjoys spending time by his pool and sitting on a beach (especially Jamaica). He also loves dogs and is a foster parent for Brookline Labrador Retriever Rescue and has three furry kids of his own.

Rich Meneses has been in the Emergency Medical Services field for 30 years and a career Firefighter in Maryland for 25 years. Rich has taught CPR classes for 15 years and enjoys teaching and interacting with his students.

Jon Fitzgerald has been a professional Firefighter/EMT since 2005. He’s a Maryland native, father and husband. In Jon‘s words, “I believe that CPR is one of the most important skills that everyone should learn”. He enjoys any excuse to spend time outdoors.

Kathryn has been involved in Emergency Services for 18 years and has been a paramedic for the last 11 years. She is currently working full time as a paramedic in York, Pennsylvania. She is married with one daughter. When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling and camping with her family.
